6 NIGHTS 7 DAYS 

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN DARJEELING

Arrive in Darjeeling and check into your hotel. Spend the day exploring the charming town. Visit the iconic Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and take a ride to Ghoom (at your own cost). In the evening, stroll through the local markets and the famous Mall road and enjoy a warm cup of Darjeeling tea while soaking in the views.

DAY 2: EXPLORE DARJEELING

Start your day early with a sunrise visit to Tiger Hill for breathtaking views of Kanchenjunga. Post breakfast  visit the Batasia Loop and the Ghoom monastery. In the afternoon, explore the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park and the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute. Also Explore the beauty of Tea Garden  end your day with a visit to the Peace Pagoda for a serene sunset.

DAY 3: DARJEELING TO GANGTOK

After breakfast, depart for Gangtok, a scenic drive of about 3 hours and 30 minutes hours. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and take some time to relax. In the evening, visit the MG Road for shopping and local cuisine. Don’t miss the local street food stalls for a taste of Sikkimese delicacies.

DAY 4: GANGTOK SIGHTSEEING

Embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Gangtok. Visit the Enchey Monastery, Ganesh Tok, and Tashi Viewpoint for panoramic views. Explore the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology and the Flower Exhibition Centre, Bakthang waterfall and Banjhyakri waterfalls. You can also take a cable car ride at the Ropeway and enjoy the stunning views of the city.

DAY 5: TSOMGO LAKE AND BABA MANDIR

Set out early for a day trip to Tsomgo Lake and  New Baba Mandir. The stunning glacial lake surrounded by snow-capped mountains is a sight to behold. Continue to Baba Mandir, dedicated to a soldier, and learn about his inspiring story. Return to Gangtok in the evening and enjoy some leisure time.

DAY 6: GANGTOK TO PELLING AND SIGHTSEEING

Leave Gangtok for Pelling, approximately a 4 hour drive. On arrival, check into your hotel and freshen up. In the afternoon, visit the Pemayangtse Monastery, one of the oldest in Sikkim, and enjoy stunning views of Kanchenjunga. If time permits, visit the Khecheopalri Lake, a sacred lake that’s considered a wish-fulfilling site and Kanchenjunga Waterfall.

DAY 7: PELLING TO DEPARTURE

On your final day, visit the famous Rabdentse Ruins and the Sangachoeling Monastery for a glimpse into Sikkim’s history also explore the famous Sky Walk. Enjoy the last views of the majestic Himalayas before heading back to your departure point. Depending on your travel plans. /
